We guarantee that our product quality, artwork, engraving methods, and carving will meet or exceed all other granite manufacturers in the memorial industry. We guarantee your complete satisfaction. As an additional value guarantee, we will match and beat competitor pricing by an additional 5% with a written quote of the same granite product specifications. Price match only applies when compared to a bonded and insured Granite Manufacturing Company. The price guarantee does not apply to any misleading quotes provided by others, or against companies not in good financial condition.
Product Guarantee
We certify that our granite memorials are made of sound granite, true in natural color and composition. We guarantee the granite will not fade, crack or disintegrate in any respect from exposure to the elements of nature, excluding natural disasters, accidents or vandalism. We further guarantee to replace, to the purchaser of the memorial, any granite parts of the memorial that may develop any defects as indicated herein. Highlights or other man-made colorings that are applied to the surface are covered for 10 years from installation.
